This large table is made using wood recovered from old 'masi' farmsteads in the Dolomites. The beams that supported heavy snows year after year now support this long surface made up of the boards which were once tread by busy farmers and their livestock. They remain as a sign of the wear and tear and to provide a unique and inimitable charm. The tensile structure in antiqued iron draws its inspiration from old industrial buildings. Its minimalist lines are a perfect match in contrast with a contemporary style. Large enough to accommodate up to 14 people, 28piedisottoilpiano is a table dedicated to conviviality and sharing.
